WHY DONATE TO CT MIDDLE SCHOOL PTO?

When you donate to CT Middle School PTO you are showing your support for our teachers, staff, and helping to fund programs and allocate resources to our school that is not paid by TUSD.

 

WHAT IS AN ANNUAL PLEDGE DRIVE?

The Annual Pledge Drive is a direct-giving campaign designed to raise as much money as possible at the beginning of the school year.  This gives the PTO an indicator for how much more funding we will need to raise for the remaining year in order to reach our annual PTO income goal.

 

100% of your donation will go directly to supporting our Middle School students. Each donation is 100% tax-deductible.  Columbus Tustin Middle School PTO is 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. Our Tax ID is #33-0767183.

 

WHY IS THE ANNUAL PLEDGE DRIVE NECESSARY? 

TUSD only allocates a certain amount of funds for our school.  There is no additional funding available for the needed programs, resources, and teacher support that we have come to appreciate and expect at CT Middle School. This is why we rely heavily on family donations in order to maintain many of CT’s academic programs, electives, technology support, student and staff recognition. We simply would not have the programs and additional resources that benefit our students without PTO. Keep in mind that donations to the PTO are completely voluntary, and that all students benefit from our hosted events and programs.

 

MAY I DONATE ANY AMOUNT?

We appreciate monetary gifts in any amounts.  Please do consider giving the most that you can at a level that is comfortable for you and your family.  We are looking into corporate matching-gifts, so please stay tuned or notify PTO if your place of employment allows corporate matching. We truly appreciate every and all donation.

 

HOW DO I DONATE?

We now have many different ways for parents and families to donate:
 

  1. Cash (Drop off cash donations in an envelope with your student's name and grade to the front office)
  2. Check (Please make check payable to Columbus Tustin Middle School PTO and include your student's name and grade on the outside of the envelope).
  3. Zelle (See our QR code and donate through your bank app via Zelle)
  4. Credit Card (see directions below)

WILL I GET A RECEIPT?
